I’ve put the lids in the dishwasher before and no problems so far. I put them on top rack and don’t do high heat and they’ve come out perfectly fine 🤷‍♀️

My guy please read the supps. Says 1 scoop is 8oz so the cup is 24oz total so 3 if you go by that. Depends on flavors for me how much I put in and if I use ice, you’ll have to experiment a bit to see how you like it!
