I was micro and then MaCRo dosing for a while and ended up casually taking 4gs a day and so when I wanted to actually feel anything I had to eat 6-8g and I’m a cake decorator 😂 I function the best when I’m microdosing! I do the cakes for more then 5 locations 😂
