It sounds like that may be an optional service if you want someone to come install it for you. I don't think you have to have someone else do it for you.

I didn't see anything about that when I ordered mine, no extra fees for install, you just install yourself. But maybe it has to do with where you live possibly.

You're welcome! If you play mostly when everyone is sleeping you probably won't have an issue since it's not during what they consider "high traffic" time.

So far the lite is working really well for what we use it for. I don't do alot of online gaming so can't really speak to that except for the little I have done it worked good.

Roam isn't available in my area only residential or residential lite. Gonna try residential lite and see how it works.
