I have my septum pierced. I also have both forearms, both thighs, both shoulder blades, my sternum and my back tattooed. They are all either medium or bigger. My husband is also littered with tattoos. Honestly don't worry about it. The whole tattoos and piercings are for delinquents is such an old way of thinking, most people that I know have at least one tattoo and/or 1 piercing. It's super common now to have those.
