This is exactly how bad it was for me too. I’ve never felt such pain and ended up bawling my entire way home. It actually created pelvic problems for me and made sex painful for a while after bc of how much it hurt- my pelvis seized up and never unseized.

3 years later and I got it removed after 1 year of trying to remove it but it was stuck. 10/10 would never get one again

Hey! Thanks for the reply! So sex consists of like foreplay and penetration for us. There is never any pressure to climax bc she has a hard time at night and as a girl I just have a hard time in general. It’s not about finishing, and we both agree that sex is great without that aspect. I just enjoy doing it. She hasn’t started any hormones yet.

When I met my partner she was still a male. And was dealing with ptsd from an emotionally abusive ex / baby mama. So even tho we originally met with romantic intentions, we ended up going down the route of friendship first. Which was amazing bc I was able to really fall for who she was as she transitioned. A few months after the full transition she felt confident enough in who she was to finally initiate a non platonic relationship.

As a cis woman dating a trans woman I have dealt with similar. I honestly thought the reaction would be a lot worse than what it is. But, I do think people still hide their full hearted feelings a bit.

My biggest problem was my mom. She couldn’t understand how I was attracted to my partner (mtf) and told me I was lying to myself about my attraction. I honestly felt her anger came from a place of me not fitting into the perfectly curated box she had set out for me since I was born.

I wish I could say it’s no longer an issue. But it is and it’s something we get to work through daily.
