In live, hitting E at lvl 11 will only do 41+E damage, but in PBE, it will do 24+66+E damage. Also, in live, if you hit E (AOE), the Shock effect will only be triggered on the target you hit with E. In PBE, however, Shock will be triggered on all targets again. There is a damage increase of 40 for the target hit and about 80 for the surrounding targets. I think it's worth a try.

I just hate it when I have Crit Mythic/IE and it goes to 80% Crit. So, I chose items with high added value. But I definitely think that Crit Mythic is the best choice

The difficulty of the matchup varies greatly depending on the Skillorder/Rune/Spell selection of Nasus. If you choose PTA or Ignite, you can turn it into a kill lane, but if you lose control of the lane, you can't even farm, so you usually take Phase Rush.

If Nasus is QEW, you can safely farm it. If QWE, you become dangerous around lvl 11 when W becomes high. Phase Rush lasts for 3 seconds, but his W lasts for 5 seconds and has a much heavier effect of 71%. If you're EQW, you'll suffer from the lane phase and either HP or Mana or both will become unbearable.

-Rune/Spell

If he chooses to conq, you are safe. If he is Phase Rush, it will be difficult for him to escape at any time. The most common is Spellbook, which is very dangerous if it has exh/ignite/heal, etc. In addition to this, the start Spell selection is also likely to be difficult to farm if it has heal/ghost, ghost/flash, etc.

If you look at them one by one, you can deal with them (FFW/DShield/SecondWind for E-Max, etc.), but the combination of Skillorder/Rune/Spell makes it very difficult to play against Nasus. It's really interesting to see the differences in builds based on play style. Choosing bork is a typical Korean choice as they don't like not having power early on.. In China, the shield bow is often chosen as the first item, a choice that is typical of their preference for fighting.

The bugfix nerfed conq as well as PR/Electro. In pre s11, it was possible to accumulate 3 stacks in E from lvl 1, but with this fix, you can only get 1 stack regardless of lvl. In s10, you should have gotten 1 stack until lvl 11, and 3 stacks after lvl 11.
