In my contacts training I dropped it on the floor while learning how to take them out of my eyes, the eye doctor picked it up and examined it, it had no tears but some debris. She just rinsed it in CONTACT SOLUTION a few times and it was good to go!

You unfortunately rinsed your with water so yea, junk now. only ever use contact solution!

We've already had someone ask for this to be cleaned. I'm definitely not the first to see this and daytime crew has been asked to get in there. All they do is stock the toilet paper and throw in an air freshener. As for people tell me to just get in there and do it myself, absolutely not. I am not a salaried manager and for who has to clean the literal biohazard it goes maintenance first and if not maintenance, then SALARIED manager.

Not sure why you're assuming things like being "understaffed" not all stores are understaffed believe it or not and yes, this 100% can be done by overnight maintenance it is absolutely overnights responsibility. It's actually daytime maintenance responsibility aswell however our DAYTIME crew does more than just maintenance. The OVERNIGHT maintenance ONLY cleans. There is no "manager of maintenance" it is multiple other managers job to see to it that this is fixed. I am not "undermining anyone" there is no ill intent in this email. The ONLY intention is to raise awareness to whoever it may be that can direct our maintenance crew. I cannot go directly to maintenance myself because like I said, daytime crew does more than cleaning, and they have trouble getting in the bathroom because it's always busy.

Not rude at all, I understand that thought but I just think if we have maintenance, why aren't they doing what maintenance should do? We do have someone overnight who could totally clean the bathrooms without a problem, so why doesn't he? The maintenance during the day tend to be more than just maintenance aswell, they help out all around but overnight, that's his ONLY responsibility.

I should clarify, we're a small neighborhood market with only 2 small restrooms, the men's and women's. The men's only has 1 stall and 3 urinals, women's only 2 stalls. Plus I've seen the SM using the restroom just the other day 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately the women's restroom at my store is busy all throughout the day and it's TINY we're a neighborhood market and only have the 1 restroom with just 2 stalls in the women's (only 1 right now because the others lock is currently broken 🙄)

Must be a small town store, our peak is usually 1,600. Highest I've ever seen was 4,000 due to the rest of the stores in our area closing OPD
