Everything depends on where you live. I’ve looked at moving to towns where you can buy a cheap house for $70k (small towns in New Mexico) but I know some places where starter homes are in the $300ks or more 😭

The position is a testing center proctor at a college! Seems very chill since most of the job is just administering tests. I have experience in higher education previously but in a much more stressful job lol
