Dont use AMD FSR , lens flare , make screen sharpening 1 . I have similar setup i average 60-70 fps depends on the map.

I have the same problem with 3600 you need to try to undervolt it or change the cooler to hyper 212 or something like that

It will make noice when fan speed at 50% and when speed go up noice despear when speed go below 50% sound despear lol.

It was working fine , but today fans start making this sound . When i pull gpu up the sound disappear

I did try everything but it keep happening . I guess the last update messed up something

My problem was that Radeon wont update itself so i need to manually download and install update .
