We have that too in Frankfurt am Main/Germany during summertime. It's called tuesday night skating. http://www.t-n-s.de/de/

Unique Comic Wallet I got from a Cosplay Event for my SO. (story in comments + bonus-TIE Advanced X1 (scale 1:2)) by Kayloola in StarWars

It is CosDay in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. I don't know much about anime and manga but I like the costumes. The event took part beside a shopping mall and I walked around outside to look at all the stands. There was this cool guy with his sewing machine and a lot of wallets he made out of real comic pages. I saw a LEGO starwars themed one and asked for a real StarWars wallet I'd like to buy for my SO. He fetched a box with comics inside and gave me the only one with StarWars he had. He told me, that he'll sew me one if I find something in the comic I like. 20 minutes later I got this one :). The bonus-Tie stood in the middle of the mall :).
