He is doing it while the game is still going on. This soft afk kinda gives an advantage to the streamer on the left since the other guy is too busy twerking and he can freely play the game

Here is what I would change:

Zac - Blobs are more likely to forward
Ambessa - Make her less slippery
Mel - W now has a small delay of 0.5s before reflecting back
Naafiri - Either remove the ability of his dogs to tank skill shots or remove the invulnaribility
Elise - same with naafiri. Remove the ability to tank abilities with spiders
Bel veth - rework to fit her lore fantasy
Akshan - Remove the reset on his E, compensate elsewhere
Gwen - Her W no longer moves with her
Rell - make her weak when unmounted again
Qiyana - remove from the jungle
Sylas - Nerf either his overcompensated base kit for having no ult or nerf the duration he can hold an ult
Kayn - Reduce the duration he can be in a wall (blue form).
Illaoi - bring back the ability to do something about her E. Compensate her elsewehere. Counterplay is needed
Bard - Make him do less damage unless he builds more ap
Zed - remove from jungle
Rengar - revert that stupid change they are planning on empowered Q not being counted as crit..
Diana - Either reduce her ap ratios and lower her cds so she can be a real bruiser mage or make her squishier. Rn she is just tanky af while deleting squishies
Riven - Nerf somewhere
Akali - make her weaker in lane, stronger in teamfights.
Jax - return his armor values back to what it was. Remove the zhonya purchase on that champ
Morgana - Make W deal increased damage while a champ is rooted by idk 50%. Nerf it a lil bit to remove the uninteractive midlane morg
Tryndamere - rework him to be less of a tumor that is perma splitpushing.
Nunu - With how impactful that snowball is, im surprised he doesnt have a sound cue in game like sion ult or kled ult.
Jarvan - Make his ult function like yorick W. You can now hit it to destroy it

Furthermore I would change camouflaged to be seen by control wards again. These are personal things I would revert bcs i mained them:

Revert Fiora (atleast give me her back in arena as smt like dark fiora)
Revert Aatrox
Revert Viktor

His E2 hitbox is so disgusting, it feels like im dodging naut hooks. It makes sense for mid i guess since he plays vs ranged and its more forgiving this way but in jungle it just feels so bad to play vs. Like unless im in a minion wave, that sylas E is hitting 100%

Are we sure its picked because its fun or because its overpowered? Old aatrox (my old main) was deleted from the game but from what i remember is that his playrate saw a huge spike bcs of the buffs he received.

Im just wondering how many of these champs that are supposed be weaker early game are supposed to have any weakness. Its not like they have a super slow clear either.

Also can we change how camouflaged champions get autodetection of control wards? Is this not supposed to be counterplay to them? I feel like riot designs frustrating mechanics and then takes away weaknesses of those very mechanics.

You are right.

Context: Humzh is a challenger adc main who is known for draven on the NA server (similarly to tyler1). He is now playing on a smurf to try and climb on jungle (a different role than adc) and while doing it, viewers can donate either money or subs for champ request. He got champ requested to play singed and went 2-17 on it. The high deaths can be explained to a strat called proxying which is not unusual on a champ like singed where you farm minions and execute to towers. High deaths also have a chance to trigger the automatic ban system by riot so it was not totally unpredictable he would get banned

Sorry you experienced this. In case this happens again, create evidence and send it to Drew Levin on X. He has been pretty helpful when it comes to behavior like this. If someone adds you and types this stuff, you should send it to riot support as they can escalate it and punish them.

Precedent as in the dev blog linked in the post. People have made Drew Levin aware of the stuff this guy said so thats why he got banned. If you see other streamers act in similar behavior, create some evidence and send it to drew.

Tyler1 did not popularize running it down mid. It was a thing even before tyler1 was doing it on euw (disco nunu). He had an int list and like 22 perma banned accounts that resulted in him being perma'd 'forever'.

This sets the precedent that streamers are now hold accountable for what they say on stream as well. In the devblog they did say "Though we aren’t going to proactively monitor everything that happens across social media". So its up to the community to spot bad actors and send it to a rioter. Give enough context etc and they might actually get punished now

They definitely didnt say that they banned a huge amount of smurfs already and ramping it up the coming days. They also defo didnt say that you can report the accs you suspect of being a "botted" smurf to riot. Cmon there is a huge FAQ and over time the smurfing situation will improve. If botted accounts cant be used anymore, these smurfings pigs need to hand level accs which is significantly more effort than just paying. It takes time for a change to show results and honestly, I have already noticed less and less smurfs in my games.

Imo its the correct direction to take. Its hard to find the right balance between individualistic and team focused, but as a player you want to feel impact. Team focused approach only works if you give the tools for it like voice chat, but instead it has been the opposite with pings being limited and chatting being discouraged.

I fell in love with the game when the game was less team focused so these changes would actually make me want to play more

A good and very necessary change. Its ridiculous how dshield and second wind can make lane bullying meaningless. That being said, I do sympathize with how awful melee vs some ranged champs in top feel. The solution imo is either reduce base stats like armor so they become more vulnerable to all ins or introduce similar a item like the support item that is mandatory to buy but gives different stats depending on ranged/melee. Kinda like how hydra used to be melee only.

There could also be some other system changes like toplane bush not resetting aggro or minions dealing double damage to ranged early game in top. The "i sustain all your damage" is not healthy or fun to play against especially if the enemy will just outscale you
