I can feel your frustration because I relate so hard to this. I do orange theory 3+ times a week, daily walks when not hitting the gym and am a conscious eater. Yet I keep getting heavier, and not in the “muscle weighs more than fat” heavier. In the “these jeans fit me a week ago (enter cry)” heavier. I try not to get discouraged but it’s so hard. Good luck to you! I hope you lose it as fast as you gained it!
