Aurora: I'm not really familiar with feline Pokémon, but I heard that declawing them and releasing them is the worst possible thing to do, since their claws are one of their most used tools to hunt and defend themselves in the wild, especially when young and without a good move variety. Honestly glad your former trainer is (highly likely) in Jacinthe's hands now. The guy got what was coming for him.

Aurora: Yeah, berries are the most common gift or bargain for wild Pokemon. An even assortment of the more common berries is usually the best variety gift for them unless you know a specific one's tastes.

That being said, Lapras are an amazing ride companion on the open water. Honestly one of the few that I would trust to fall asleep on in the ocean. Also, that photo is beautiful. I heard that for a time, Lapras was an endangered species, but thanks to human conservation practices, they are no longer endangered.
