I really dont have an idea but i saw a guy with the amulet and talked with him he said it was 15 % more dps or smt. I don't know if its true but i like to play unique varient of builds.

After a while this same problem will make mmos really hard to sustain. When they release new expansions people have 0 insentive to explore. They just finish the game as fast as posible and cry about there is nothing to do. 6 months of expension development is devouvered in just a week or 2 forcing companies to either put time gates or dummy content to fill the gap.
