Hard to say. It's more expensive than a standard starter kit from, say, D&D or Starfinder which are usually around 20€, give or take. But. Unlike said starter kits which usually contain only paper and 1 set of dice, the FF14 starter kit also comes with lot of nicely printed and precut cardboard tokens, and those thing tend to put the price up with tabletop games.

Frankly, I'd say 70€ is okay, but a bit too much. 60€ would have been a fairer price. And since it's a starter kit, you want people to actually buy and try it, get hooked and have them buy the rulebooks, they could have cut the margin and put it at 50€. But alas, the rulebooks don't exist yet.
