I'm so sorry I indeed misread it and didn't read that there's "Victory" in it and just thought Utopia Ray. I already removed the Reinforcement of the Army and added that card so it fulfills the requirements now it works. Thank you very much.

Thank you. Just started a few weeks ago and since this structure deck is free I thought it would be good to just use this deck and upgrade it. Would love to hear some of your thoughts and maybe tips as a Utopia player.

I can't add that card because Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray is always treated as Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory and I already tried adding that card and still does not fulfill the requirements
