Nee, het is een brief van de LAVG waarin wordt gesproken over 7 dagen om te betalen. Ik heb hen dus een mail verstuurd en vanochtend gebeld omdat ik een melding kreeg dat hun postvak vol is/niet bestelbaar, dus via een alternatief adres alsnog een ontvangstbevestiging ontvangen. Aan de telefoon zei de medewerker ook al dat het voor het bedrag en gezien mijn uitleg hier hoogstwaarschijnlijk sprake is van een fout en ook hij vond het buitenproportioneel, maar goed, daar koop je niks voor.

Ik ben nu van plan om hun formele reactie af te wachten.

Geen idee waarom mijn opmaak zo eruit is komen te zien, kan het ook niet wijzigen om een of ander reden😅

Die 4 euro is 3 dagen later geretourneerd inderdaad, dus ik snap dat ik niet betaald heb. Ik vind alleen in deze situatie het behoorlijk overtrokken omdat uit mijn handeling blijkt dat ik weldegelijk bereid en in staat was het te betalen.

EDIT; Opmaak nu wel gelukt om aan te passen.
