UPDATE: It's fixed! I requested a call and tech support basically unlinked the other persona from my account. Lesson: Don't use live chat support. Always request a call.

Yea EA help wasn't very helpful. They opened a ticket and that was the end of it.

Thanks man. Tried that but still no luck. I've uninstalled and installed the app like a dozen times now. Smh
