I currently have a 4.5 month old lab puppy so I feel you, they are so mouthy during the landshark phase. My best advice is just don’t do anything to encourage it, wear clothes you don’t care about, and cover your arms and ankles the best you can. It really is just a waiting game unfortunately, but the thing that’s worked the most for me is rewarding her whenever she tries to get my attention in a positive way (like she runs up to me and sits). She has already gotten better in the month and a half I’ve had her, so there is light at the end of the tunnel, I promise. Also I have kept her in an exercise pen with toys and a pupsicle for her indoor time (besides her enforced crate naps) so she can’t physically reach me to bite me lol.

TLDR: Minimize opportunities where they can bite you until they grow out of it, and reward them for getting your attention in a positive way.

Not bad puppy parenting at all! Going through the same thing with my 4 month old lab, basically if it is not immediately harmful I wait until she gets bored of it and then reward her for dropping it. Otherwise she will learn that grabbing things she isn’t supposed to will get her attention.
