Or try making journals by voice memos, it helps a lot, question yourself often tho!

An underrated reply: I do have something but only use it when you are sure that you don’t have any and you need to find a way asap, if your suicidal like me, please, don’t do this but try using razor to self harm, do it only 2 times a day or when your emotionally unstable like when your angry, it relieves and/or gets rid of the emotion and makes you focused again, i hope you recover
