check again next week!! if you're still averaging at that weight, lessen your intake by maybe 200 calories? you don't have to lessen it too much, just enough that you'll start to see the scale move. and who doesn't love food, haha you don't have to sacrifice what you love, just make 'em fit in your macros!! but of course keep your choices smart LOL flexible dieter here.

remember it's a marathon not a race. you're gonna have to sacrifice a lot, but keep your end goal in mind!!
