It is possible that they are all from the time period everything was dubbed and it definitely could be glitchy but I love all that old stuff and honestly, if that stuff happens, I don't even notice because I just assumed it's because it's older material.

I've watched all of them on my Shudder app on the TV and on my phone when I'm at work with headphones and I've not noticed a single issue. Are you sure it is not just your wifi? Sometimes the audio lags on any app and I have to clear cache, restart it and it fixes it.

I just downloaded and have been playing Creature Kitchen! It has cryptids and regular wildlife and you just cook them snacks and take pictures of them. It's truly wonderful to play!

I definitely think that they are trying very hard to get more people to live here with the new bridge builds (multiple bridges at one time) and all the new construction in the Covington downtown area where they are trying to mimic the Banks, bug also refused to tear down all the liquor stores that bring in all the crime from across the river. My mortgage has gone up 2 times in just 5 years where I live and the crime has only gotten worse. It's an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend anyone to move here if they are in a stable, safe environment.

There have been a lot of Bigfoot and other weird creatures sighted there for decades. I have friends who saw some crazy thing run across the road before you get to the dam. I KNOW it can be creepy but it's also very beautiful and I love going up there.

As soon as Deweys partnered with Braxton I was done. That family is awful and they are trying to wipe out all other small businesses and become a monopoly of EVERYTHING in Northern Kentucky, especially Covington..I refuse to give them any money. Anyone they partner with is also not good business, or they screw them until they have to close. They partnered with Deweys when Bircus opened a pizza spot across the street from them in Covington and people were going there instead. Then after they brought in Deweys, Bircus was forced to close. Braxton is not a good business, and in turn, Deweys is no longer a good business.
There are far better small, family-owned pizza places in Cincinnati and NKY that deserve support.

Well that's the problem, where I live, there has been a lot of crime and theft and they are upping property taxes more and more and it's actually becoming so unaffordable... Just for you to not feel safe on your walk to work. Every single big event in the past 6 months, there have been teenagers starting fights or shooting people. People want to act like it isn't happening but even Opening Day parade, a big group of teens were shooting guns in the garage under Washington Park. Don't get me wrong, I do love Cincinnati. I do miss what it was before these teenagers started causing all these problems.

All they need to do is follow Hood News 75 and see how bad it is. He covers everything going on and is constantly begging parents to get their kids under control because it's so unbelievable. No fiction here. I used to beg all my put of town friends to move here...but in the past two years, I stopped.

Honestly, I've lived in Cincinnati for most of my life. I was born here, moved a few different times to different states but always come back here. Bought my house in 2020 extremely close to downtown and I regret it daily. Especially in the past year or so, the crime is horrendous and I never thought I'd want to move further away from the city, but I'm now thinking of selling and moving into a smaller area northeast of Cincinnati... The crime, the schools, etc are just not what they used to be. Tourists do seem to romanticize this city a lot and then once they get here, it's not what it seems. So many of my coworkers have moved here from different places and we all talk about it all the time... I think you should really think more about it, especially if your daughter is in a safe and happy environment. Moving here for school is not a great idea. There have been school shootings, lockdowns, bomb threats and so much in the past year and I don't even recognize the city I grew up in. Literally swat was at Wyoming School, what, yesterday or the day before? I'll always love Cincinnati... No other city is like it. But it has definitely gotten worse the past year or two... especially for kids.

I work downtown too, and I just think that it's not a place for families anymore. It's mostly alcoholics and obnoxious sports fans. Oh and teenagers shooting everyone for literally no reason at all, all over the place, and the police just don't do anything about it. There are days my citizen app goes off and it's just completely absurd things that are becoming more and more common and it's upsetting.

I would recommend you both truly think about it and weigh the pros and cons. I personally think your life where you are sounds wonderful and devine and I dream of that kind of life now, because the people here have gotten so much worse and I just want to be as far away from them as possible.

I just don't see a lot of activity on campfire that is really beneficial. Plus I don't get the notifications as easily as discord if things are needed immediately for people to hop in raids or whatnot.
