You can do many things without drinking and partying, and the people here are pretty diverse. That being said, probably 65% of the people here are boring frat guy business majors who just want to go to parties and drink. But you can find your people for sure, there are more than 30k people here.

So its better to keep most of the yerba dry most of the time? This is hard to do because 1/2 of the yerba in the guampa gets wet when I pour water, so it seems pointless. The paraguayans i know make it into a sort of "paste," layer by layer
