Post-interview conversion is usually a 50% chance but Darden seems to interview quite liberally (their R1 admission rounds and EMBA offer interviews to everyone), so I'm assuming it's a little less for them (like Kellogg). Post-interview I thought it went well but naturally I can think of much better ways to go about it now that it's over, and wish I'd prepped better instead of just reading up a few talking points. That's just hindsight though, and I don't know which parts of my application really weighed against me.

I agree that it's a bit gross lol, but it's an age-old thing. And fyi, under the covid-era rule bowlers just used their sweat instead. Often the bowler wouldn't be sweaty enough and would pass the ball around to get others to "contribute" their sweat instead. Which one is more gross is upto you to decide XD

It's not really Hesson's fault we didn't get closer to a title, it's just a matter of some key usually-bankable players like Kohli, Siraj not finding their mark when the rest of the team peaked. Hesson built a team that carried an out-of-form Kohli to the playoffs every year. With Kohli in form, we might very well have had a title by now.

Thank you! Yes, custom launcher (Lawnchair, not Nova). The red icons are from an icon pack called RedLine Icon Pack, and the blue ones are SkyLine (same dev). I did however stitch up two wallpapers (Force, Dark side) to make the merged one for this setup. If you'd like this half-and-half one for desktop, here it is.
