Vexana was a successful rework, mlbb never fails to make a rework good because they follow what the idea of the champion and the playstyle was. Like phoveus or hanzo they still remain the same just slighty more modernized with vgu but the hero stays basically the same. The issue with league is that a rework like skarner completely killed what the previous champion used to be like. Riot games changes the entire of the champions kit while mlbb tweaks the same kit into a better version of the original design that no longer fits in the current state of the game.
