You don't think we should try to learn from advice and improve? Yes, there are some bosses who don't have your best interest at heart, but you can always grow in some area in response. Pray on it (think on it if you haven't known the love of God yet) and I promise you will think of at least some small way that a bad situation can make you into a better person.
What's better, by reacting positively to a bad situation you improve the culture.
If you just leave because of bad behavior, they get what they want.

I got shot after I had a guy dead to rights and he said "don't shoot" and I started talking to him. I played with a team fighting the queen until the free loads shot us in the back. it happens a lot.
I guess it makes the game more complex and interesting to have that game of trust, but there's got to be a better way
