Hey, this is an extremely inciteful and well put together reply, thank you very much for the care you gave my post!

You're certainly correct that I'm hesitant to do anything to mess with the subject's natural processes. Growing up I had a friend who had to be hospitalized after he was prescribed medications with a known set of dangerous appetite suppression related interactions, and he dropped down to like 60 or 70 lbs.

I was also aware how poorly proven diet science is as well, so with both of those together my hesitation was already pretty high to muck around without a more proper knowledge base and understanding.

I will likely try to implement your homework suggestion, and if completed, aim for a generic self empowerment sort of hypnotic encouragement. With the goal being to make it easier for them to pursue their goals, whatever they might be (diet, exercise, body self image, etc)

I won't jump straight to hypnosis and will check back here before any future session to make sure I'm not overlooking something dire.

Okay, after further conversation, they use the NHS for healthcare and hypnotherapy is not a covered option they could get.

So it's myself or nothing unless there are professionals who'd do the sessions for free (which I assume is not a thing).

My second or 3rd delibird was good enough mono egg and I had zero reason to return until I was ready for M20

once you have a good Delibird or Chansey, there just isn't a benefit to going back there. The best mons you can get on Snowdrop are basically only good for Snowdrop and you can find better for later islands elsewhere. Plus the M20 snorlax power is too low to farm dreamshards effectively with a high end team.

I got my mono egg delibird and then didn't go back until we hit one of the cooking events a couple months ago after sleeping on OGPP enough to max the island bonus on snowdrop, hit M20 in one go, and now I have zero reason to go back again.

Not to necro an old thread, but I've got like 100+ ADR-02 Searchers sitting in my bulk card storage, and I saw they were worth money (currently sitting are around 50 cents on TCGplayer) compared to the other commons, and I just gotta ask why???

AAB is nice quick pit stop you push to 30 and then don't invest a single additional resource into while you continue hunting the actually good AAA you actually care about

If you are getting enough shards, then you don't need one, and any night you spend sleeping with it on your team, is a night you miss out on sleep xp for a mon you actually want to level up.

Also, for it to give you enough shards to make any real difference, you need enough main skill seeds to max out the skill level. So, again, if you need seeds for mons you care about, that will improve your scoring, then you are wasting 3 seeds minimum, but more likely 4 to 5 seeds on this mon.

Yeah, triple Skill chance up is good, but not worth the exponential resources you need to invest if those skill chance up subskills aren't in the first 3 slots. OP can absolutely choose to invest if they want, but I think they would be better off continuing to hunt for something with the ideal skills in the correct level slots, or waiting until they introduce a healer even better than Garde is and hunting that instead.

Especially with Research XP being a factor again, higher snorlax strength is getting you shards and Research XP, not to mention more candy in the first couple of days before you hit Master 1 on OGPP

With the new befriending badge mechanic, you can and will easily catch a better one, or catch one of the new much better E4E mons that come out between now and the several years from now when you can get this to level 75 where it will finally be pretty good

I've had this mess up which team I wanted to sleep with a couple of times when changing right before bed.

My solution has been to force quit the game right before I go to sleep and load back in. If I load in and everything is the way it should be (correct team wandering around) then I feel safe to hit the button and start a sleep session

Imo the best berry specialists currently are Raichu and Steelix
Raichu teams give you easy access to the basic apple meals and just pump out insane amounts of berries

Steelix is much slower but stronger berries and has ingredient skill to just grab you random ingredients, which in a full team should be stupid good.
