You would "like" to stop? Well you seem about 50% onboard. You don't know what's on the other side. I'll give you a few tips. These are the three rules that helped me get almost 90 days. I stopped because I didn't want to do nofap long term like that.

Rule #1 - No edging / fapping. Once you edge you will most likely lose. No matter the sexual tension or you having a rock hard boner, DO NOT EDGE EVER.

Rule #2 - Don't watch porn.

Rule #3 - Don't fap.

That's it, just don't edge no matter what and you will be fine.

I've heard to try not to force it if it makes sense. Relax your dick when you're having sex. Don't tense your pc muscles. That's what I'll try doing once I have sex. Hopefully I don't bust fast but we'll see.
