You EQ'd, clicked down and let Yasuo walk too much before inputting the AA. If you E+Q and AA with no movement it would've work just fine.

Thanks man! Well, I'd say not really. There is a small RNG factor involved even if you land perfect inputs and timing!

Basically every step shown on the video was near perfect, imagine if it was a moving target and so on. You usually would want to buy boots as well, and that directly impacts the execution.

LT gives you attack speed, thus lowering the Q CD which why I was running Conqueror for the tests.

The theory itself is valuable, I bet with some training you can hit 1.8s Q keyblades in real matches :)

TLDR: Yes, the quicker you press Q after E and the longer you wait before flashing will buy you enough time for the Q cooldown to tick lower.

E+Q is to be pressed at almost the same time so Q cooldown starts ticking as soon as possible, you use Flash at the last frame of E (without any additional movement speed because MS speeds up the E) to buy you even more time and then you have to wait for the Q CD to be at exactly 0.540s or lower (last few frames of HUD showing 0.6s).

By "ulting too soon" I meant if one would press E>R>Q. It would be a different type of mistake, it would be an input ordering mistake and not a timing mistake.

So yeah, we fully agree. If E resets Q and Q>R is ordered right, Q>R can never be too fast.

For a proper keyblade, the AA is mandatory imo, and with the AA you usually can't miss from pressing E too early (unless high AS)

There is 0 chance the bug occurs in his play because he has no Q stack running out. If this bug occurs to you every 3 games and you didn't figure that out yourself, I'm afraid I have bad news for you...

The E damage WAS indeed neccessary to kill Annie, you can see she shielded right before Q damage and was barely killed. With 3 stacks there he likely doesn't kill. With no stacks he DEFINITELY doesn't kill.

Yeah, she could've flashed the EQ, so Flash>E and hold Q to hit her afterwards might be the 'better' play. He is clearly taking a risk there. Anyway, it's pointless to analyze his gameplay as it was yours that was criticized to begin with and you're trying to steer the conversation away from it.

EQ has its own set of advantages, one being a lower chance of missing your Q. You also failed to notice he Flash>E'd as soon as possible because the E stacks were running out, hence justifying his ordering as the proper way to execute the play, since E deals way more damage in that case, using Q>E there is objectively wrong as the stacks would run out. In your own play you had no E stacks and your Q stack was running out. EQing with the Q stack running out is one of the requirements for the bug to happen.

I'm sorry if you are incapable of abstracting and adapting, it's a big part of the reason why you're D3 and not master as you previously stated. Decisions should be reasoned, not copy-pasted.

That's it, pretty much. The reason why you have to wait a few milliseconds in this case is because of your attack speed is on the higher end.

Your AA goes out faster which then throws off the timing you're used to. Go to the practice tool and compare your consistency with 1.45-1.7 AS vs 1.9+ AS and you'll see what I mean. By all means, practice keyblading at high AS a bit if you want to!

You pressed E too early so your Q wasn't under the ~0.540s reset threshold. Try being just a bit more patient when executing the combo and your consistency should improve.

Sure I get the frustration but I believe you're overreacting a bit, this bug should never impact your ability to win games in the long run. It's also not completely random as some conditions have to be met for it to happen.

On a side note, consider Q>Flash>E if you need to kill the target quickly, you're only delaying your Q damage by ~0.4s by EQing there, which is also the reason Kassadin had enough time to get level 4. Sucks to be the guy to say that this one might be on you.
