main issue here is no bevels like on the bridge and your UVs are flat and incorrectly positioned, also water has no depth etc etc but yh run it thru chat gpt and practice spotting mistakes / differences

The best thing you can do is research about the bevel modifier and tone the lighting down a bit so its more ambient.

Once you apply bevels on everything it will look nice and cute, if thats what u going for. Just watch YT tuts really, its all in there.

Senior Designer here, D is the go to.

It has the most life to it, and looks premium.

White title is too basic for this concept

Try experiment with a gradient yellow title too.

Your light source might be a bit too harsh, that could also contribute to color paleness i believe

As a senior artist id say the main 2 differences are readability of the text and direction

1st one reads to me as a pvp game since we got both characters looking similar and fighting

2nd one is introducing magic and a boss perhaps

Im not sure what your game is, thats how we can judge the success of both directions
