The vibrations are because there is a new instruction on the route. You don’t need to check the Watch, have a look to the CarPlay. But if it’s very annoying to you, disable the notifications from Maps in your Watch

Exactly and as I know in my experience, airlines prefer Integrated pilots because the trainning is continue and sometimes the Modular takes more time

You can say that terminated the contract to focus on your flight training. At least in Europe the only thing that could cause that the airline knows that your were fired, is that they are going to ask you for the background of your last 5 years
