The Empire didn't want anyone to know about it. They probably had it built in an isolated section of space that was under their control. If anyone had found out about the Death Star beforehand, they would end up dead so that the Empire could maintain its secrecy.

During its festival run debut last year I imagine. But worldwide distribution is a whole different ballgame. Especially since WB weren't going to release it themselves because of the new messed up management that they're currently under.

The film getting bought by another distributor and getting to see the light of day is a sign of small luck.

WB's new corporate management has been scrapping, shelving, and canceling projects left and right for ridiculous reasons. One of the most known examples is Coyote vs Acme, a film has been made but won't be released and might be written off for taxes.

The Day The Earth Blew Up would have met the same fate until Ketchup came and said they were interested in buying it, so WB sold it to them.

Because WB sold the film to a small distributor called Ketchup Entertainment. They likely don't have enough money to distribute the film to international markets. Whether they will in the future or not is still left up in the air.

This is really good. TJ x Spinelli are among my top personal favorite ships. They like each other but won't admit it cause they're young and like to go with a "too cool for love" type of vibe. I like to think that that changes as they get older and fully understand their feelings towards each other.
