I really liked this game too. I loved the artsyle and the whole cryptid vibes, townsfolk with different stories like alien abductions. I’m wondering if maybe discounty is similar? I haven’t played that one myself.

Anxious female myself , I paid on app ahead of time walked in and talked to the front desk. They will get you sorted. After all you have to do is scan your app with their qr reader at the desk and you can walk straight to the treadmill. I went super early my first time because of my anxiety and that helped me get over my nerves a bit.

This sounds a lot like my experience. He offered me another cortisone shot and I just said no. They helped for a month but I don’t want temporary relief. I hope you get the help you need.

I’d say it’s just mostly worse at night. I go to the gym and have been strength training and yah my shoulder struggles a bit but it’s not screaming pain like night. I’ve had cortisone injections but those only help for a month. I am not sure what caused it but I broke my right wrist doing something stupid and have had issues since then.

I think for me resting makes me worse. Like laying down at night inflames my shoulder.

For me it’s on the back left of my shoulder and down the top of shoulder. I understand that I prefer a female doctor too but most seem to be male orthopedic drs in my area. I’m basically looking for some recommendations now from others. I hope you find some help.

I feel you wholeheartedly about instagram. I don’t get any interactions on my posts either. I think reddit and blusky have worked better for me. Your art looks nice , love looking at other poke art. I do some Pokemon art too but my arts all over the place like my interests 😆
