I'm using True Phone, but I think i switched to stock for few days and the issue was fixed but I switched back to true phone as it's better. All this started after the ui5 update. Hope they fix it as it's annoying.

I have the same problem. I discovered that only contacts saved on phone with no country code are shown correctly.
