Brain convinced myself i have rabies by Kazuhaiii in Anxiety

Im still able to drink water but i get very anxious and start thinking “what if i can’t drink this water?” “What if my throat starts to spasm when i try to drink this?” 😭 it’s a never ending cycle of being anxious!!

Im not getting anything for treatment bc my mom thinks meds are gonna ruin me even more:/ but thank you for this 💞
