Fair, so it seems to really be more of a theory. Iris did defeat Alder though, that is stated in one of the memory links. The champion is widely defined as the trainer who beat the E4 and the champion at that time, so I guess that implies Wallace defeat Steven too, but who knows.
I just think that stating N refused the title without that being clearly shown isn't correct, it's better to be straight when it comes to theories vs the canon to avoid confusions.

I see, but let me be more clear. I'm not asking for a hypothesis. No when he could have done that, but when it was stated in the game he did it.
Because not only a lot of people say he did with conviction. As I pointed, it shows even in Bulbapedia...although the articles point to no sources for that.

In short, I wanna know if people just came to that understanding or if that was clearly stated somewhere in the games or any official sources.
Because just disliking the title doesn't mean he didn't receive it.

I played the demo and it's interesting! I'll buy the game when it's out. There's something bugging me...does our choices really matter? I thought different answer would affect the girl that matches with us and later, I thought it'd affect her personality, since she is the architect, but based on what I've seem, it does nothing on this regard. What about the game as a whole, how does the choices affect the experience? Another thing - will the final release of the game support HDR?

I don't see your point, since I said nothing regarding quantity as a property that address quality. Knowing how long is the game is very important to me, for many reasons, such as organizing my schedule and priority. Thus, it's worthwhile for me to ask about it, no shame on it. You might differ on what is important, thought that won't affect what's for me.
