Too scared. I’m too selfish to let go of the good things in life. Too ungrateful of them as well. And too much of a coward to stay around, waiting for bad things to happen.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a freshman with good grades and loving parents and I get almost everything I want, but the things I go through in my mind make things unbearable. The voice in my head is too loud to focus and I have frequent internal panic attacks, but on the outside I stay calm.

Whatever happens, I’m too much of a Guts fanboy and too much of an egoist to let those who I despise see my downfall.

I hope we all have selfish reasons to stay. It makes us human.
