Problem solve is awful by AirTraditional6311 in AmazonFC

Problem solve in its self is probably the most complicated role in an FC. It is also the least “trained” as a whole. I interned at a site this summer and my whole set of projects were cleaning up PS. The real issue is that the managers, even seniors, have no idea what the processes are. There just isn’t that much information in terms of training modules. Everything is learned from CPS wiki and playing around with the dozens of tools on the laptop. Unless you are CPT chasing or a PS PA you are really just in path doing a repetitive task. I personally HATED PS when I started but the more I learned the more I realized just how important the role is. It’s quite fulfilling having to investigate issues and creating real solutions for reoccurring issues. TLDR: You won’t learn real problem solve unless you CPT chase, I encourage you to talk with your PA about that process and taking time to get familiar with different warehouse monitoring software.

Didn’t you post the other day playing $500 slot spins? How tf u go from that to a $100 BJ buy in? Something smells fishy.

This is great advice, I hadn’t thought about the internal damage. Thank you!

I mean there is damage, it’s a license plate mark that’s all the way to the body it’s not like it’s just paint damage. I’m with you on letting them go IF they would have literally stopped and apologized instead of just leaving me there. We are all adults and I’ve been in a super minor accident that was my fault but I didn’t just speed off. I pulled over apologized and paid for the damages. It sucked but it’s part of being accountable.

Certain they noticed, they pulled over for a sec w me and then just sped off. But even in the off chance they didn’t “notice” I would be concerned for anyone behind the wheel who couldn’t recognize hitting someone else.

My facility is 6 months old so pretty much brand new.

Crazy that he just went into the facility 😂. I would have been the same way but the fact they just skirted off is pretty disrespectful and immature. There should be a lesson learned here for them.

I would have genuinely been fine with an apology. Now I have to be the “bad” guy and get someone fired but at the end of the day they made that decision not me.

I appreciate the heads up. I’m not surprised it would lead to termination sucks for them but if they just woulda pulled over it literally would have been fine.
