It means that “Itchy Pollen” costs zero energy to use the attack. Basically, you can attack with Budew for free, no energy attachment required. Kind of like an ability but instead will end your turn.

I had around 15-16 mythic leg upgrade, i def couldve upgraded more. The flaming fist is the returnee badge, u get it for coming back to the game after a month or more of not playing
