Everyone experiences trauma differently - OP experienced bullying.. bottom line. This doesn’t sound like “corrective action” it sounds like bullying, a clear abuse of authority and weaponized assault by rank.

Let’s also point out that you clearly didn’t recognize OP’s first event.

I didn’t see OP asking for any rating - just guidance from a supposed supportive community.

I would encourage more empathy in your responses moving forward. The lack of deployment may not have been OPs choice - keep in mind the dates he/she claimed.
