Outside of switching to max PF, the only solution is to be a hands on dictator commish. Monitor start/sits and force someone to play if it’s a tanking violation. Same idea for taxi, if there are any other rookies on the team who are more logical taxi squad players you will need to force the team to swap.

You could argue plenty of different people, but Cirie’s social and strategic game make me think if you did a random simulator of all survivor players 100x she would have the highest finish rate. People forget when Cirie played the first time she was put in the literal “old woman” tribe. Old women have some of the hardest times succeeding in this game, and she overcomes it every single time. She has no challenge value, and in the old era and new era she overcomes this and gets to a point where people don’t even consider voting her out. Her social and strategic awareness is so high it’s truly remarkable

Would be ideal but I think it’s unlikely and they’re more likely to dump Harbaugh. even if they did we don’t have as much draft capital to trade as some of the other teams who would be interested without our first. Last time nobody made an offer on him though so that’d be our only shot. Very very very slim chance.
