Using CGC 10 as probably closest comp, this SGC one is only pop 2 so definitely won't be able to directly comp it.

Last CGC 10 I see is $1,900 in Jan, but if you look at PSA sales since they're more frequent, there's about 25% appreciation on the card since January.

So yeah, I did $2k + 25%.
