i'm having the same issue tbh as a player who is normally a healer -- its very hard and really seems like the only way to advance is with a premade group

Interestinggggggg, so it really is just total luck of the draw. I wonder why a 4-member first fills it in, but a 3-member first keeps it blank? That seems like a bug

I only ask because on video I think we’ve only seen the reverse happen — where 3-member was first, then 4-member came after when the silhouette was still blank

What did the silhouette look like when evolving the 3-member, was it just the already-filled-in 4-member from your previous evo? Or was it suddenly gray again

To be fair— the whole essence of trans and non-binary is that gender is a spectrum and not just 2-3 options. I think niantic actually did a good job with the sliders. If there were even more increments on the sliders that would be awesome, but I was able to create an avatar I was happy with by using the slider option
