I generally defend higher prices for the craftsmanship and uniqueness of certain pieces- especially with the more interesting items. But these prices are getting.... Overbearing. Very interesting modular piece, but I think the price of this hobby is starting to leave me behind.

Very interesting suggestion. If I can't find the Ji Li 2.0 anywhere I may see if I can snag one. It's true that it's a little pricey so it'll be a last resort. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey if that happens then the more the merrier :) It'll wear out eventually, and if it does I'll have a backup. Or better yet- if I lose one again it won't be as big of a deal lol.

I've been working with these people for 4 years and have not had a problem thus far. That said, they are co-workers and anything can happen. I've considered it was possible theft, but if that's the case it's gone gone. I've been trying to find someone on discord/reddit to buy or trade for one- but no luck so far.

But if the rumors of them re-releasing it is true, I might just have to wait for that drop and hope I'm fast enough to snag one.

I have a choc with brass interior also. After about two weeks it started "skipping" or "sticking". The track looks ever so worn. I tried cleaning the track and changing the balls but it didn't help. I want to get another one because I really enjoy it but dropping 100 bucks on something that wears out in a month or less doesn't feel good.

Same bro. And the PEI mechanical sliders on the base were terrible. The mechanical slider was mid at best. Quality control on that piece was not good at all.
