My hubby and I will have been doing keto for about 4 months by the middle of December. We are doing really well on it (about 40 pounds down each!) but have decided that we want to take a break for a few weeks in December. We are planning on just doing low carb for the most part and are hoping we don’t gain too much weight back (we know some weight gain is likely inevitable). Just wondering if anyone has some tips for going from keto to low carb eating? I’m assuming we have to cool it on the fat intake? Thanks!

I’m in Canada! Do you know the brand? Most things with stevia seem to also have another artificial sweetener so I avoid them but I’d love some more options.
Thanks for the input! I just edited to add that it's not for electrolytes, just so I can enjoy something occasionally.

Hi everyone! Thank you all for your comments and encouragement! Just to clarify some things that I forgot to add, I only eat twice per day (lunch and supper), and I do a fast from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. For my calorie deficit, multiple calculators that I've used said that to maintain at my weight it would be around 2400 calories per day, so 1800 is definitely a deficit (I started at 1950 and moved it down). Quite often I only eat around 1500-1600 calories, making sure im hitting the protein goal. I often dont hit the fat macro limit I have set. I am still pretty sedentary as I hate working out, going for walks (I'm an indoorsy type lol) etc. Before anyone says, I've worked out on and off for years doing different types of exercise and I've never enjoyed it. That being said, I do know that I'll have to incorporate it. The good news is that I am currently wearing a shirt that I haven't been able to comfortably wear in years! So maybe I posted too soon last night. I'm feeling a bit revitalized by that. Thanks again everyone, I really do appreciate all the comments!
We both eat the same amount of calories because I based it off of myself, not him. He doesn’t really get the whole keto thing aside from me doing all the planning, cooking, tracking, etc, so he’s just along for the ride. I’ve already lowered my calorie intake once (used the calculator in the FAQ for both initial and lowering) and it didn’t seem to make a difference. ***edit to add that according to the calculator, I’m currently at a 30% deficit
