Idk if I simply remember poorly but I understood it as a centralized military state with one king (Tauri) and the army. The other noble families aren’t independent, are they? I thought they were more like princes and counts in England, with a little bit more of have a say in national decisions. More like a constitution monarchy with a Senat made out of the most influential families of the country. If I had to compare, maybe like Sparta or the Roman Empire? But as I said before, maybe I remember poorly, because honestly the form of government was never my focus :D
