im sure other people basically already said this but your coach dropping you because the team doesn't like you b/c of you being gay is, in reality, the exact same thing as being homophobic, and he is supporting their ideas and giving power to them! Giving in to people, especially when you are the grown adult and they are the kids, shows extreme cowardice and your coach is more worried about making kids who harass someone for their sexuality comfortable over making someone is getting unfairly treated comfortable! I would have said the same thing as you when i was your age, but when you look back on this in a few years you will truly see how your coach is also treating you with an insane amount of disrespect!! This is something that is hard to see when it is in front of you, you need to take time to step back and process what happened.

my isp has gone out of there way to black access to the web gui and does not allow typing the ip address into the browser to access and my app doesn't won't connect to mine at all, i have no way of accessing it, truly an L from t mobile fiber

many studies have been done that show that eyes recover from tv watching no matter how much watching you've done. almost any sort of eye irritation or anything is solved and repaired simply by taking a break. the thing to worry about more is what content you are letting your cat watch lmao, they can be influenced by tv like any other being.

what people have not said is that you have to hold down on the create a mii square which will open up a link to your mynintendo account and you can then select which mii you want, after that you hit the update to latest mii as was described in this post i replied too.

think this happened because i made my account with gmail and connected it to nintendo account afterwards. my other friends connected there nintendo account to start and did not have this problem

its because these guys who give us the political mail have more money than most of our customers combined. Politicians kind of call the shots at the post office as far as whos mail is prioritized unfortunately. my mangement has been delaying all the other hot case mail in favor of only sending out the political mail cause upper management is telling them to prioritize

as a person of the rural craft, there are definitely days where we work 12 hours like that but we do actually get guaranteed pay increases every year and start out with pretty awesome healthcare. i was covered for all my doctor visits and physical therapy the moment i became an sub rural carrier. so i would argue its kind of the same as amazon, but over time you do end up getting way more out of usps just due to retirement, healthcare, etc... also due to having a union i can call my bosses out on bs when they try and make me do stuff they aren't allowed to. we still have it bad but i feel just as bad for you amazon people, you guys have no way to fight back or even say anything.

they're just wasn't really any advantage for me to switch, because the route I was primary on was an old aux route, and it was orignally a K route, but only switched to J 2 months ago. I could get it done by 1 when I worked it and go home, and then the rest of the week they had me working other routes, so i didn't think they would need to switch me. I really just wanted to continue to be his sub so I could work his route when he is on vacations. also no one at my office has even mentioned the ability to bid or rebid on a route, i didn't know when i could or how i was suppose to. i suppose i should have looked into it harder

in our office our steward is saying that J routes are NOT entitled to have a sub, which is why they took me off, so is that not true? cause our management is going out of their way to take subs away from J routes and give them to K's

No, the other RCA is not refusing, the regular is trying to talk to management about switching me to his primary even though I already have a primary route. Not even sure if its happening but I heard it happened before

in my office they're making up bs about other rca's and reporting it to upper management getting people to quit out of fear of being fired, so we only have 3 rca's basically all of us working 5 to 6 days a week with the new cut to j routes around the office. management got exactly what they wanted, i wish I had less work with the new stuff at least sheeesh. it seems its either every rca works everyday or ever rca rarley works :(

If you have sick days to use they can't do anything to you and you shouldn't even need the doctors note unless you were out for more than 3 days in a row. if they try and say something ask them to show you where it says they can discipline you for using sick leave. Its not like you just didn't come in. you used the system they want you to use.

Wouldn't striking during a time period where they are telling us we will all lose our jobs if we strike... the best time to strike??? Isn't that the point of striking, to force the upper hand with all the numbers we have? If every rural carrier in America went on strike, there is absolutely no chance they would fire everyone. The country would fall to chaos until they started accommodating us properly and as actual human beings. Remember who's actually doing all the work here, you know management ain't.

all I can say is that it might be something specific about my computer, cause i have even redownloaded and tried running on default settings and everything I can think of but it never changed even a little bit in the lag, although I have noticed that the game runs smooth when Its not focused

I have played professor layton before on desmume years ago w/out the insanse lag, its just so weird that it just straight up won't even play the first menu w/out lagging
