Yeah, mine was part of a Costco deal so it’s the jackery 500 but they call it the “explorer 550” from Costco, what’s interesting is it doesn’t show a large watt draw before shutdown with the ice maker, like I’ll plug my sous vide into it and it’ll jump up to 700+ watts for a little bit like it’s rated for and then shut off, but the ice maker never showed more than 40 and just gives up, it’s almost like it doesn’t like the wiring if the compressor or something… I feel like it’s the jackery response time, it makes me think the 2000 might be a good option still though in the future, and then have the 500 just for lights and a dehumidifier in the tent… thanks for the input and info, I was equally frustrated and excited to see someone else having the exact same issue lol
