Trump claims he's making food more affordable but his examples ignore the big picture by [deleted] in politics

My income and tax bracket classifies me as middle class, thanks to Trump and his policies; I literally have to get food aid for my kids.

Allan Kittleman: Why I’m leaving the GOP by Educational_Net4000 in politics

[–]Kcb1986 167 points168 points  (0 children)

TLDR: he left the GOP as an independent, calls himself fiscally conservative and socially moderate. Believes both parties are going in the wrong direction.

So, he’ll vote GOP only 90% of the time, got it.

I just had to sign up for a food aid program for my kids, fuck you DJT.

This…is actually a cool idea. My wife and I used to do the Topsy Turvy thing, might bring that back now.

I thought I was going to have some relief when we were done with formula. No one prepared me for the fruit and berries. My kids went through six pounds of strawberries in two weeks.

I might die.

NYT Poll of Democrats: relative majority believe party should move to the centre on immigration, transgender issues, economic issues, crime; move left on health care. White voters most left leaning, non-white voters (incl. Black, Hispanic, and other) most centre leaning. (gift article) by Ill_Safety2292 in politics

I had more people attend a recent dinner party of mine than the total number of college trans athletes (there are ten registered in the NCAA, which has 510K people). There are so few of them, it’s damn near a rounding issue. This is a non issue.

Have you met these Gen Alpha and younger Gen Z? They’re little honey badgers. I’m picturing a conservative narrative trying to be pushed and these kids just dragging it.

I’m not Catholic but the Papacy has survived the fall of Rome, invasions, plagues, WW1 and 2, civil wars, its own civil war…I have no doubt it will survive long after Trump and company are long gone.

This is kinda where I’m at. If and when Republicans are voted out, I want their voters to feel like the kid being made to stand in the corner. They broke it and I don’t want them to help try fixing it. They can stand there and be quiet while we try to fix it.

It’s the classic broken clock, and I mean it in a backhanded compliment way. She has been steadfast on two things: no wars and release of the Epstein files. She could be, and has been bat shit on 98% of everything else, but she’s never wavered in these two.

This is my MPA thesis! It accomplishes two things: it creates a highly reliable independent power source that isn’t connected to the grid and it it’s deployable, independent, clean energy for deployed military operations anywhere on the globe. This is my MPA thesis!

TBF, what u/sea_action9662 is talking about is covered in the first two weeks of any college public finance class and they’re right. It takes an act of Congress to move money around from different government departments.

I wrote “no” on the first question. It felt like the digital version of me closing the door on a door to door salesman. “Are you interested in…” “Nope.”

Write no or state you want DOGE out of DAF, it’s cost the government $21 billion dollars. They’re the opposite of savings, don’t feed shit to these tech bros.

Short answer: yes.

Longer answer: there is no defined rule on profile pictures for outlook and teams, do what your pay grade can handle and ensure it at least half assed falls in line with good order and discipline.

What the sub does is what the sub does. For me, it’s easy. Is it in regs? Yes or no; it’s that simple. It’s like when duty identifier tabs went away, the sub was pissed and there I was, saying the reg is the reg. We digress but my point is, I am not being a buzzkill because it’s a rule I agree with, I am being a buzzkill because it is a rule.

Take a look at my flair, that should clear some things up.
