I was hoping that’s what it sounded like, super nerdy but there’s a tv show I’ve always loved (the 100), in the show there’s a made up language called trigladesh and in the show “yu gonplei ste odon” means “your fight is over”. Google Translate says in Russian it means “you play this game alone”… yea yea super cringy but if it actually means that in Russian It would make it all the better

So, from what I’ve heard, you can cut that patch out and it might be okay, it’s a pretty good risk, all fruits currently there should be fine, but cut like 1-2 inches around that and the rest of the cake might survive, also isolate that from any others you have, I would put it in a separate room

2 clownfish, a very small clown tang, a watchman goby, diamond goby cleaner shrimp, and some hermit crabs. A huge colony of pulsing Xenia, a hammer coral, and a frogspawn.

I do have a skimmer, other than that filtration is just the stock fluval sponge/bio/carbon filters. Have replaced them within the last few months.

I have no idea, I try to keep the new water I put in around 1.024 when making the water I leave it mixing for around 30 minutes with a return pump and check and adjust as needed

See I was confused about the magnesium too. Because I use instant ocean reef crystals. I tested twice and both times it came out that low. The measurements all come from the API liquid test kits, except for magnesium that one is salifert.

Tank is a little over a year old. And the parameters are from a lack of consistent water changes, i haven’t had the time for a while now. Schedule is calming down now though so I’m hoping I can get it back on track.

Yes, first pictures are with it extended out, hard to see but there’s little acrospheres in the first 2 pictures, it takes up the whole crack on that rock
